Jet Dyeing Automation PLC System
Complete jet dyeing process control on Mitsubishi PLC (FX / iQ-R) with GOT touchscreen HMI. Automates water filling with electromagnetic flow meter feedback, temperature ramp profiles on PT100 RTDs, chemical dosing, and full batch cycle management — with recipe storage for hundreds of shades and per-batch data logging of water, chemicals, temperatures, and cycle times.
Water Supply Automation PLC System
Eliminates overhead tanks entirely: VFD-controlled pumps deliver constant-pressure supply direct from the underground tank across the factory. PLC-managed pressure regulation, multi-pump duty/standby coordination, tank level monitoring with dry-run protection, and Arrowmech flow meters tracking consumption per shift and per day.
