Clamp-on measurement. No pipe cutting, no shutdown.

Transit-time ultrasonic measurement with clamp-on sensors — install on the outside of the pipe with no cutting, no process interruption, and no pressure drop. Three sensor sizes cover DN25 to DN2000; base price includes one sensor of your choice.

No pipe cutting

Sensors clamp to the pipe exterior; install on a live line without shutdown.

Huge size range

Three sensor sizes cover DN25 to DN2000.

Reusable sensors

Each sensor pair works across its full pipe-size range.

Portable option

Battery-powered portable version for surveys and temporary measurement.

How it works

Measure from the outside.

Two sensors clamp to the outside of the pipe — one upstream, one downstream — and exchange ultrasonic pulses along a single diagonal path through the fluid, alternately with and against the flow. Sound moves faster downstream than upstream, and that transit-time difference is directly proportional to flow velocity. Sensors mount in V-method or Z-method arrangement to suit the pipe.

Nothing touches the medium: zero pressure drop, no wetted parts, and no process shutdown to install. That makes clamp-on the natural choice for retrofits on live lines, large pipes where inline meters get expensive, and temporary measurements like pump verification and energy audits.

02 — Sensor Selection

Three sensors. One transmitter.
Your pipe range decides.

The AUFM-100 transmitter pairs with clamp-on sensors in three sizes. Base price includes one sensor of your choice — add a second or third to extend your range. Ranges overlap, so adjacent sensors cover intermediate pipes.
